Feedback mechanism is an ultimate necessity of educational institutions in order to provide a holistic educational aura and to improve quality in its teaching – learning process. A well –developed feedback system by the main stakeholders such as it’s Students, Teachers, Parents, Alumni & Employers has a direct impact on institution’s improvement in outcomes of teaching – learning processes. Our College has developed and implemented a well structured feedback mechanism whereby we collect the feedbacks from Students, Parents, Teachers, Employers and Alumni. The feedback is collected in both offline & online mode. The collected feedbacks are analyzed & the best possible actions are taken to improve the quality of teaching – learning process. The feedback analysis reports also helps college management in knowing it’s limitations & the issues which are beyond the jurisdiction of college administration are forwarded to the higher level of constituent college management hierarchy for appropriate action. This helps the college to improve the performance and strengthen the quality of education.

Feedback is collected from the teachers of our institution once in every year. Faculty Feedback is aimed to measure the level of faculty satisfaction with working conditions, professional development, and type of responsibility undertaken by them. The summary of the feedback from the faculty is received through online web-based survey. The data collected is thoroughly analyzed and the necessary steps are taken.
