About IQAC
Rama Devi Bajla Mahila Mahavidyalaya Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was established on 01st August 2013. Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is a vital
part of College management, it works towards realization of the goals of quality implementation, its enhancement and sustenance. The prime task of the IQAC is to
develop a system of conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of college. It strives to channelize all efforts and measures of the
college towards holistic academic excellence. As per the NAAC’S guideline, IQAC submits its self-reviewed progress report annually to NAAC, detailing the tangible
results achieved in key areas as per recommendations of NAAC peer team during previous assessment & accreditation cycle and which are specifically identified by our
IQAC in the beginning of the academic year by devising a perspective plan. The Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) is the outcome of the perspective plan of the IQAC.
The IQAC has been functioning actively for our Academic and Administrative activities. “Quality Policy” is the major objective of our IQAC through continuous monitoring and constant follow–up of undergoing activities. Every attempt has been made to steer the college towards the professed vision and mission by incorporating the NAAC peer team recommendations by reinforcing and augmenting the already existing best practices and adopting innovative practices aimed at quality enhancement in knowledge delivery..
The College’s policy pertaining to quality assurance:
- Expansion and augmentation of infrastructure to ensure conducive ambience.
- Effective implementation of the projects and efficacious management.
- Sharing of resources and infrastructures for optimum utilization.
- Motivating teachers for enhanced participation in research and to hone innovative skills.
- To ensure quality teaching and learning process and increase use of ICT enabled teaching along with traditional teaching.
